The Challenge

Following the transition to Pipedrive, Container Team experienced a remarkable improvement in their sales conversion rate, from one in 2.7 to one in 2.3, an upshot Ricky ascribes to both marketing efforts and the new CRM system. Subsequently, the company saw an 18% YoY revenue growth and a 34% increase in net profit in the last financial year.
